The unPINNED Wine Box is comprised of 6 wines tasted and selected by Ashwin to pair with the unPINNED Wine Course. Throughout the course, Ashwin will provide guidance around when to open each wine and what to look for in each wine. Some of the wines are selected for chapters that haven’t dropped yet, so stay tuned!

There are 6 wines in the unPINNED Wine Box: a white, a red, a sparkling rosé, an orange wine, a DOCG wine from Italy, and an IGP wine from France. These won’t be the exact same wines as what Ashwin is tasting because it’s impossible to guarantee the same exact wines based on different vintages, importing schedules, shipping/logistics, etc., but each of the wines has been purpose-selected to reflect salient points from the corresponding chapters.
If you don’t know what some of these wines are, that’s a perfect reason to sign up for the unPINNED Wine Course and find out 😉.
There are two optional wines that are not included in the unPINNED Wine Box because we are aiming to balance being comprehensive and wallet-friendly with the wines we suggest you purchase. Those two optional wines are Wine #7: Champagne or Champagne Method Wine and Wine #8: Pet Nat/Pétillant Naturel, which are for chapters that will be dropping soon 🤗!

Ashwin will cue you along the way for when to open the wines. Of course, you could also open them whenever you want. Up to you entirely 🥂!

Our friends over at Hop, Cask & Barrel who fulfill the orders are pretty darn prompt. Typically, wines ship out within a day or two of placing an order and arrive 3 - 4 business days thereafter, based on normal shipping times.
